Advertise with AI Tool Recap

AI Tool Recap reaches readers who are actively deciding which AI tool to subscribe to. If your product fits the categories we cover, there are three ways to reach that audience honestly, and one thing we do not do.

Sponsored Placements

Sponsored placements appear inside relevant category and comparison pages. Every sponsored placement is visually separated from editorial picks and clearly labelled Sponsored. Sponsored placements do not receive editorial rankings, scores, or “editor’s choice” language. Rules:

  • Placement is capped at one sponsored slot per page.
  • Sponsored copy must be accurate, verifiable, and consistent with our editorial voice.
  • Sponsored placements do not affect our editorial rankings on the same page.
  • We reserve the right to decline sponsorships from products we cannot honestly present to our readers.

Newsletter Sponsorships

The AI Tool Recap newsletter goes to subscribers who signed up specifically to hear about AI tools. Sponsorship slots are single-advertiser and labelled. Contact us for current pricing and availability.

Tool Submissions and Review Requests

If you want your tool considered for one of our editorial rankings, submit it via the contact page. Submissions are free. Submission does not guarantee coverage, and coverage does not guarantee a positive ranking.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell editorial rankings. No amount of sponsorship, affiliate revenue, or advertising will move a tool up in our editorial rankings.
  • We do not accept “guaranteed positive review” requests. Reviews are honest. If we cannot honestly recommend a tool, we say so.
  • We do not accept sponsorships from tools we would not personally use for the workflow they claim.
  • We do not embed hidden or unlabeled sponsored content. Every sponsored placement is visually distinct and labelled.

How Sponsorship Interacts with Editorial

Editorial and sales are the same person right now (this is a small team). We manage the conflict of interest with hard rules published on the scoring methodology page: an affiliate relationship does not buy a higher score, sponsored placements are labelled, and if a non-affiliate tool would score higher than an affiliate tool in the same category, the non-affiliate tool wins the spot.
